Join us for an evening exploring the vibrant flavours of India’s Konkan Coast with guest chef Shruti, whose ancestral roots trace back to this remarkable coastal region.

Inspired by the humble Khanavals — family-run kitchens where food is seasonal, generous and deeply connected to place — Shruti has created a modern shared feast celebrating the flavours of Konkan, thoughtfully interpreted alongside the Hayes Common kitchen.

Expect fragrant curry leaf focaccia, market fish with coconut and kokum, vibrant seasonal vegetables and cardamom crème brûlée, with stories of Shruti’s heritage woven throughout the evening.

Add our optional wine match featuring a hand-picked selection from our new spring wine list, chosen to complement the bright, coastal flavours of the menu.
